Sent you a PM with a firmware to try

I was looking through the forums for a solution to the existing issue I am having with the router disconnecting me from the internet and sometimes the as well network as often as once a day.

I was wondering if that firmware  would help me. Im on V2.3.2.22 firmware at the moment.

Currently on V2.3.2.22.

I am also having instances where I will be disconnected from either radio and unable to reconnect until I reboot the system. Also, using 2017 macbook pro. I was having issues with the 2.4Ghz radio only giving me about 1/4 of my download bandwith (~100/450mbs) even though I am only 5 feet from the router. Trying to troubleshoot, I found that the mac Network Utility app is showing only a link speed of 11 Mbit/s. Are either of these known issues or helped by new firmware?

It’s probably your factory reset that is causing it to default back to Auto Ping Host being checked. Let us know if the issue continues once you stop factory resetting.

I will PM you the download link for the trial firmware

I did the factory reset because everytime I go online to go filter it shows auto ping check when I uncheck it like an 1 hour earlier before. And thank you. I'm gonna turn on my console I'll let you know if auto ping ch4ck by itself again

Same issue here wired connection to PC keeps going out every so often. Getting REALLY annoying! Is Netgear aware of this problem? Do they know what is the cause of the issue and when can we expect an Official FW release from Netgear to address this issue?

Has anyone here that tried Fraser's trial FW had any luck with the FW fixing the connection issue?

Hi Bubba - no they were on a previous version to .56 - which included all the fixes Fraser was sending in the hotfix firmware

Could you give more detail on your problem please?
