Was looking to connect a Vigor 130 VDSL modem directly to the netduma, however my ISP is sky and I need to pass DHCP option 61. Does the netduma support passing this? I'm afraid the Netduma doesn't support this function. The only thread I could find on this topic is here: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/24838-bt-openreach-modem/, so perhaps the solution 'Benormous' talks about there would work for you!
