Okay so you can connect to Wifi and access the router control panel but you have no internet access?

I can access the control panel for like 2min. Then it drops off, and no Internet access after it drops off. Can you remote access the router and take a look.

Lets first see if we can resolve it, does the Wifi disconnect and won't reconnect? Please connect to the R1 via an ethernet cable to your computer, and see if you can get sustained internet access.

Ok im working right now but when i get home i will. My WiFi disconnects and it will say ''need better Internet quality'' something like that.

Okay sounds like you may need to disable the Wifi workaround in settings > miscellaneous.

If turning the workaround off as not worked, have you turned off wifi on you other router? as this will cause issues if it is still on.

I only have the R1 as a router. I just want to let you know that everything was fine till i set my congestion control to 1% then i couldn't access the router's control panel so i reset the router, and here we are.

How did you reset the router? The button in miscellaneous settings?

No the button on the back of the R1.

Please do not do that. If you need to restart or reboot the router, please go to settings > miscellaneous and press the desired button. Try doing a reset using the button and see if this resolves your issue.

Ok I'll do that. Did a break the R1?

No, if you can access the dashboard it should be fine, but if you press the button for too long I think it can which is why it is recommended doing it from the GUI as it is safer :)
