Have moderate nat type & getting authentication error with wifi trying to connect.

we could do with a little more info regarding your network setup and the type of router you have and modem/router supplied by your isp.  I would also suggest downloading and running pingplotter to check you line/connection as that image above shows a 37ms ping, which is shocking for fibre, unless you did a speedtest over wifi!

I'm not sure how many features your modem has (if any), but make sure any 'router' features are switched off by setting the modem into modem mode or bridge mode.

Then make sure UPNP is enabled on your Netduma.

Finally, turn everything off, turn on the modem, wait 1 minute, then turn on the Netduma

Is your NAT now open?
