So decided to buy me some 4k action ;) :P

Currently got a BenQ Zowie RL2755... love it but with having an Xbox One X and most games I play are 'enhanced'...

Anyways, this is the one I'm thinking of...

https://www.amazon.c...UHD 3840 x 2160

Also, this one sounds really good, a little cheaper too.

https://www.amazon.c..._detail_2?psc=1

Anyone have one of these or have experience with one?

If not, what would you recommend for similar price? Must be 27/28 inch.

I have the first one and love it. Now I will mention Asus has one that has a vertical adjustable neck if that is a requirement. The monitor ONLY tilts forward and back (not a whole lot though). And of course no hdr. But I’m ok with that. I’m on the Xbox one X.

I just purchased this one yesterday

https://www.amazon.c...1?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's not 4k, it's 2460 x 1440 QHD, 144hz.  I am now using my PC to game as well so I had to think about the higher refresh rate.  I wanted the 144hz and QHD is pretty freaking good.  My wife bought the 34" version and it looks amazing.

At some point resolution is only obvious to a robot.

I have this one right now:

https://www.amazon.c...rds=asus mg248q

it's 4k, but only 60hz. Not ideal for PC gaming.  All and all though it is a fantastic monitor.

Good luck, don't go too far down the monitor comparison rabbit hole. You'll never come back!

Personally I’m not a fan of the colours on a TN panel, I prefer the more vibrant ips panels, I’ve got for an LG and love it it was £260.00. Just to tide me over till the HDR monitors become cheaper. Please don’t get to bogged down with response times, it’s just marketing hype. You will never know the difference between 1 and 10ms. Perspective, human reaction time is on average 260 - 360ms.

I've ordered the BenQ, the second option I was thinking of as it seemed the slightly better of the two I mentioned.

Will be here on Tuesday :D

Too big, not 4k, not even a gaming monitor...

Anyways, I'm happy with my new Asus VP28UQG :)
