Fawhs Posted May 28, 2018 Share Posted May 28, 2018 My netduma R1 keeps randomly booting me offline and i need to reboot it 3 or 4 times to fix it? it has been happening all week atleast once a day and i can't find a fix. There is no problem with the Ethernet cable that supplies my internet to my netduma i have checked. If it's WiFi try out this guide: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022405-why-does-the-netduma-wifi-keep-dropping-out- It could be that something's changed on your line or in your area, in which case switching channel could do the trick. It could be a faulty Ethernet port, so try connecting your device to a different Netduma port and see if that was the issue. Also check if you get these dropouts connected directly to your modem.
