So in the past there is a Missouri server that is absolute trash but I always got dumped into it. It's I'd was A92...3a3f. Either they are in the same server cluster (which isn't the case since they're in different countries) or they belong to the same domain. For instance, if two servers belonged to Amazon Web Services they would likely have similar ID's.
