Connection dropping

My router keeps kicking me offline..i have no clue whats going on and im getting really annoyed.ive tried resetting it and even going back to factory settings and nothing is working please help

 

Hi, welcome to the forum! As suggested above, a new cable is the first place to start. It could be the wire between your Netduma and the Modem is faulty.

 

Does this happen on Wireless devices, Wired devices or both? (If both then it is even more likely to be that cable).
