Hi.

Hopefully someone from Netduma will respond to your quiery in due course, my modem has died so I am not using my xr500 at the moment. You could try a factory reset to see if this fixes your problem.

Do you get this error on the QoS page itself when changing settings or just when pinned?

If just when pinned, unpin then pin and try again, is it resolved then?

Did you notice when it started occurring? Do a factory reset, does that fix it?

It was working fine yesterday, got home today, went to move the sliders from 100% to 70% and that error code came up. I will do a factory reset.

I've seen that error rarely so if you can find reproducible steps that'd be really helpful so we can fix it.
