Hi, it is 10ms average.

Top: 1.7ms

Middle: 9.4ms

Bottom: 17.7ms

That is a great time, inline with most other gaming screens.

Your screen is IPS and has a good 4ms response time gray to gray for an IPS model, you do have to add that to the input lag so it is 14ms in total which is still under a frame of 16ms.

You can tweak the pixel response with Trace Free on your screen which is like the TN panels Overdrive option. I have tested Overdrive's input lag differences and for me on an Iiyama 4K gold master monitor it does not create any more input lag. mileage may vary screen to screen.

My monitor „mg28uq“ has the TN-panel... the mg24uq has the ips panel..

and how can i use the trace free option? I use the monitor with a ps4 pro.. i don‘t have a pc..

I saw the video on youtube about the input lag of mg24uq...its 10 ms lag, but nothing see a video about the 28 inch... there are different

Oh sorry I didn’t notice it was the wrong model.

It will be around the same for the 28” I am guessing, nothing to worry about.

Trace free will be in the menu if the non IPS has such an option.

Haw i scroll the trace free for no lag? Shall i scroll to 100 % or lower?

It is to stop motion blur not to lower your input lag. Your average input lag for your monitor is 10ms you can not lower that.

10ms is just fine that is a normal input lag time for a gaming monitor if you want next to 0ms you have to go back to the good old CRT screens of yesteryear.

I mentioned input lag along side overdrive as using it on my screen while testing for input lag the screen stays at the same IL.

40-80% is generally regarded as best for Asus TraceFree. The lower you go the more ghosting you'll see; the higher you'll go the less ghosting you'll see, but with more artifacts. I guess it depends on the game/platform/refresh rate in use, but 100% is never a good idea. I've got a VG248QE and it looks messed up on 100 lol

The asus has 1 ms too.. i spoke about the input lag...any idea what the inputlag is? Its a tn panel not an isp.

The 24 inch has isp panel and has an input lag of 10 ms.. but there were nothing what i can find it about the input lag of the 28 inch

Servers are definitely bad but you'd probably feel drunk if you tried to play with a TV as well. I lost my monitor to a lightning strike in BO3 and used a spare TV for a while. Aiming was horrible on max sensitivity lol, so gloopy! When I replaced my monitor there was an immediate noticeable difference
