If you are asking how to find a person's public IP Address or a Servers IP Address then you cannot as the dev's have disallowed that due to online safety and possible malicious intent or cheating! If you provide a bit more information we'll see if this is possible he sent me a private message saying it was to get a type 1 nat on PS4. I informed him that to get a type 1 a ps4 must be connected directly to a modem and not a router or router/modem combo in order to get a type1.
