Firmware Version 2.1.0.6 link broken?

Is there a new firmware out? I get an error when I go through support site.

It's mostly that we have added translation for DumaOS as a whole now and various bug fixes as well. I would always recommend updating to the latest version at the very least for the bug fixes.

Are there plans to incorporate some of the features in the Netduma R1 firmware into the DumaOS XR500 firmware? Such as Ping Assist, Geofilter Map Additional Zoom Levels, and Geo-filter Preemptive/Reactive modes.

Yes absolutely. It's either the next upgrade or the one after that where we'll be able to implement those features amongst others.
