RL317 Posted January 27, 2018 Share Posted January 27, 2018 Your base latency was probably a few microseconds under the threshold to get an exceptional rating. I got exceptional once on cable when it fell to 12ms something, when it was usually "good" on 13 or 14ms, so that's probably the cut off point.
