Because I've seen a couple of people mention this on this forum I thought I'd give it a go.....and for me it is noticeably different, better hit detection etc. OK it does jump occasionally but for the past 4 hours it has been quite enjoyable. I am in the UK , I have A+ on bufferbloat using 4 up and 4 down ....maybe worth a try!!.......I know @SimJC74 has mentioned the game seems to "punish" you for having a good connection.   p.s. Sim is worth a follow on youtube

results will differ for everyonel..i do know before i got my gigabit speeds with fios my game play was wayyyyy better

Yea it’s kinda screwy that people not willing to pay for decent internet are most times rewarded for it, I noticed it’s at very least harder to come up with settings that are just right moving from cable to fiber. Kinda ass backwards and kinda sucks that we have to throttle our speed down to have fair fights. I don’t care what anybody says pushing your speeds down some helps in many games, I don’t mean the 1 down 500kb up crap that’s pitiful. I have mine at like 20 or 30 dL and 10 or so up most times, I don’t know enough to say exactly why, but I can say for sure my full net speed hurts my in game performance every time. I’m far from wealthy so it’s not like you have to be rich, right now highspeeds pretty inexpensive especially when you had the money to buy the PS4, psplus and games so they really need to stop with the overpowering lag comp. There’s no reason why red or even yellow bar connections should be allowed to play in 2017, the vast majority of these are on purpose at this point. It’s not like these are third world countries on our servers and it’s hard to imagine at least here in the US somebody that’s only choice for isp is that bad overall. It’s really simple if you have the money for the system, game, ps plus and internet access than there’s no reason you shouldn’t have money for a decent connection so boot the over 75 pings at a minimum and let everyone willing to meet the requirements to play fair enjoy the game. If your too poor to afford good service you really shouldn’t be gaming anyway cause most likley all of us working are paying your bills and groceries through taxes.

Activision et al need to provide more servers in more locations if this problem is to be solved.

Or at the very least apply a much more strict matchmaking system based on ping (including stability) to allow a bit of separation.

What's 3 bars (top level) on WW2? 150ms+? Pfft.

It’s not your connection dude I wouldn’t change anything if I’m honest. Just play an older cod you’ll see the difference I go back to iw get like 9kd as an average over 5 games.... constantly dropping nukes it’s a similar situation on bops3 as well minus the nukes but I am getting like a 4 kd average. Come back to ww2 it’s like 15-2 one game then same lobby with 2 or 3 players change and I’m going 13-15 the next. It flip flops until I say f*** it and go play a game that works.

I don't know why, considering this is SHG we're talking about, but they improved it this year. Three bar is <80ms, which is a distinct improvement over the 100ms you could maintain a four bar with prior to IW and the awful 120ms in IW, while two bar is 180ms instead of 200ms.

Not that it matters, because you can have a full lobby of three bars and everyone stutters around unkillable...

Still poor matchmaking if I can get people with 2 bar at peak time on a Saturday

Yup. How embarrassing six weeks after launch. I saw endless one and two bars in core TDM a week after the game came out.

I find it sad how the CoD without even vague ping bars (Ghosts) had the best connections I've seen in a CoD game. When people were actually lagging they got smashed LOL
