Hi everyone,my apologies to write it in english because I’m new in Germany . I have a 2in1 router(Fritzbox 7560) from my ISP (ComIn Ingolstadt-O2) which is FTTH internet and my Netduma set up is : ISP - Fritzbox - Netduma . But I feel the unstable connection when I play CoD with that set up , I got a friend ,who lives in the US told me that to have a separate modem (not 2in1 modem router) . Anyone who has any idea about that , Please help .

Hi, welcome to the forum! The advice RiotControll suggested above is the best setup. You should also put the Netduma WAN IP into the DMZ section on the Fritzbox.

In terms of your game feeling unstable, what is your ping to the host? Do you have an open NAT?

My ping is unstable, with speedtest I get sometime like 24, 36 but my normal ping is around 6 and the set up you suggested is : Ont - Netduma - Fritzbox ?

I’ve tried that too but internet seems like not working . Do you know any modem works with optic fiber( glasfaser)?

Have you got any Login in data from ComIn Ingolstadt? If you have some then you can try PPPoE. I've done research on the ComIn Ingolstadt site and they write that you don't have to configure the Fritzbox. It gets it automatically from the ONT.

I don’t have any Login Data from them, do I need to reset Netduma after plugged ethernet cable from the media receiver box to Netduma?

I tried pppoe with comIn Login data what they sent me but I get no internet connection? what am I doing wrong here?

You may need to set the WAN IP statically.

Look in the fritzbox WAN settings, take a look at what is entered then copy that into the Netduma WAN section. Reboot from miscellaneous settings do you have internet then?
