Can not get specific port to open

I am trying to get port 3389 to be opened up so I can use RDC.

 

I try to manually add it but it says the rule already exists.

 

I check any of the numerous port open sites and my WAN IP to that port still say's it's closed.

 

I could use a little help on this. Thanks.

If it says the rule already exists, that may mean that the port is already forwarded and open (or you have given it the same name as an existing rule).

If you reboot your Modem and Netduma, does the port appear open? Have you disabled any port forwarding rules on your modem?

 

I would recommend deleting all port forwarding rules on your modem and Netduma and remaking them, before clicking 'apply' and rebooting your modem and Netduma (with cookies enabled and using the button on settings > Miscellaneous).
