Hi,

 

Gaining access to the interface of the router is very slow and when I do gain access and try and select various options on the left eg settings, geo filter etc it takes minutes to load.

 

I’m on the latest firmware and did have issues actually gaining access to the interface not long ago.

 

Any ideas why it’s taking so long?

turn off geo filter when not gaming and reboot. Make sure you are using the default theme in misc settings too.

This happens to me occasionally when I use Port Forwarding rather than UPnP, what are you using?

I'd reiterate the above - using UPnP and Port Forwarding at the same time can cause conflicts which lead to interface slow-downs. Let us know how you get on with the suggestions above.

Yes this is what I had. I’ve disabled all the ports I opened and just using upnp and its a lot quicker. Thanks a lot!

Just use UPnP
