Kansas server CODMWR

Recommended Posts

So I live in Montana. I set my geo filter so I should only catch the Seattle server. My geo filter is set to around 600 miles and my ping I have adjusted from 0-40. No matter what I do it always connects me to the Kansas server. I have black listed it also. I have changed my up and down any were from 10-20-70-100. Any suggestions. I am also on version H not G? Could that be the issue? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

From my understand there is no real difference between H and G version of the software...We are now on I/i version now and that mainly fixes the Wiifi security issue I believe.  In regards to your original question probably the cloud has to be updated I am sure Fraser or someone will respond to you quickly they're really good about it.  My Battlefield 1 says I am connected to someone in California but my ping is around 30 or less but because there is no issues for me playing the game I usually don't mind it.  *Sorry not to side track*  Good luck

I don't think there's a server in Kansas bud. North American servers are in Washington, California, Texas, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, Georgia and Miami. As above it could be mislocated.

When you ping it, does the latency reading seem unrealistic i.e. too low or high considering your distance from it? I'm in the UK and have pinged a mislocated server near the east US/Canada border in 40ms before lol
