So the update you posted on your Facebook page - "CoD WWII & Destiny 2 Cloud Optimisations are live! Auto & Bleeding Edge Cloud must be ticked & applied in Settings > Miscellaneous. Please note it may take up to 4 hours to take effect. Happy Gaming!"   Are both of those options ticked for D2 as well??

Yes they are, includes the very latest

Geofilter on both PC and PS4 work really well for me, single player stuff seems to always favour an East Coast US server with 150+ms ping but patrols and strikes are always busy with quick connections and no server kicks.

Thanks to all involved in the communication getting our netdumas to this stage with D2, some stellar work.

Just wanted to thank all those who've contributed to this thread. I've not had my duma on since D2 started, due to the lack of whitelisted servers.

Big thanks guys :)

oh and Chive972 - anytime you want to drag me to the Spire, let me know ;-) PSN madgeman

The new cloud updates is awesome.

Crucible and judgement are very smooth.

For people living in US and Europe maybe. The PvP is still shit to me, even with those cloud updates i have error beaver and sometimes mongoose. I have this Duma for more than a year now and honestly i dont see any diference for players/CUSTOMERS from South-america.

I tried it on PC the other night with a group of guys who live within 200km of me and the connections were terrible.  Had strict on and limited the area to 1000km of us.  Worse then with it off.  On a positive note I didn't get kicked though!!!  Still turned off the GeoFiltering right after that game because my friends complained it was the worst game they had played all night.  Will maybe try it by myself and see what happens.  Crucible by yourself is aids but I'll try it for you Duma community....

Just to reiterate, no more need to have 41, 38, 28 for cloud settings on Destiny 2 anymore? Auto and bleeding edge cloud can now both be ticked without any problems? If so that's awesome.  :)

Yep that's correct :) let us know how it plays for you. As always, if you get kicked quite often, find out the ID's (and find out if you get kicked with the Geo-filter disabled).

I'm playing Destiny 2 at home with 2 other folks on PS4, and we're having a great time with no booting. Hopefully this is the case for everyone else now!

Don't forget it's peer-to-peer connections so if the host is bad, you will have a bad experience too.

Thats subjective. For U.S. players that host could be awesome but not for South-american players. I'm always forced to join U.S. hosts and all those are terrible for me, never found a game with a latency less than 110 ms.

Basically, its the same if you tick or un-thick auto cloud and bleeding?

Bleeding Edge means you're on an experimental cloud version, which could be unreliable but is the latest relatively stable version. Auto-cloud is always a version that is tried and tested, and is more reliable.

Using the cloud numbers provided here puts you on a 'test' version, which could be either game breaking or amazing, and will be under construction to be moved to bleeding edge, and finally moved to auto-cloud.

It's entirely up to you - I should think Auto Cloud and Bleeding Edge should be fine to play on so tick 'em both and give it a shot. If you notice anything untoward happening then untick Bleeding Edge. Auto Cloud should be fine in almost every scenario.

It's 150ms for me and still playable.

Now, i can found players around 30 to 50 ms in Europe.

Good for you, at least you can find players in your area. I can't find any players on my area South-america and as i said before i'm always forced to join U.S. hosts

I see.

For European people, south-america players have very poor connections because you can fire a rocket on them and they won't take any damage sometimes.

Can you give us a screenshot of your geo-filter map?
