Hi, welcome to the forum! If you switch off the Modem and the Netduma, wait 5 minutes, power on the Modem, wait and power on the Netduma - and then use a PC wired to the Netduma via Ethernet, do you see the Netduma network? Do you have Internet access on that PC? If you have access on the Netduma network, can you access the interface? If you factory reset the router, the password will have reset to 'netdumar1'.
