1 packet isn't too bad actually, probably not a cause for concern. Could be the Google server misbehaving as well. If you want to double check I'd run a Ping

 

Plotter to a different site

It's just started doing maybe like for three weeks ago. I thought it was a server misbehaving but it seems that is not the case. Thanks for the help.

As Fraser said run PP to your internet provider...Comcast,Spectrum,etc or Twitter and run it for awhile at off time on a quiet network and then at heavy traffic time (5-9 pm) in your time zone and see what your results are.
