Hello ,

 

can someone help me setup my netduma because i play competitve COD so i need help with it because since i,m using it i feel like my normal router provides better connection / bullet redge then my netduma please someone help me

I have moved your topic to general support. 

 

Have you set up the router according to the quick start guide? ALL devices should be connected to the R1 otherwise congestion control will not work correctly. Then use 70/70 anti-flood with console in hyper traffic. If you're playing comp using the Geo-filter may not be needed as you're playing against a premade team. 

 

If you provide the screenshots asked for here: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000022425-lag-support-instructions-to-post-on-the-forum-we can further optimise. Would also be helpful to know your expected speeds & what modem/router you have/physical setup.

Do i need to send all the connection to my PS4 aswell from the congestion controll? i only have my PC and ps4 connected to it btw.

No you don't, gaming doesn't require much bandwidth. As I said ALL devices in your home should be connected otherwise congestion control will not work correctly.

Okay i got a screenshot of my Congestion control and my Download is 30 and Upload 20 . So can you tell me of this screenshot how much i should  put everything on ?

I also put my PS4 on hyper traffic put download/upload on 70/70 and everything NOW i connected as you can see on this screenshot first i had only my ps4 and PC connected so how much speed should i give everything?

You don't need to change anything there. Share excess is on so devices can get what they need when they need it. If you provide the other screenshots/information I asked for I can better advise.

Okay that all looks good to me. Now that all your devices are connected to the router then congestion control will work correctly and keep your ping low and stable even when people are on the internet.
