Yes, it does my Motorola modem was a mess, my BB was all over the place with this new modem my my BB steady A+ which with my Motorola I never understood why I couldn't get good BB. That's great to hear and it's even better that people actually listen when it's suggested that their ISP or modem might be the issue.When we suggest those 2 things as a possible problem most blow it off and say there ISP and modem are fine and not the problem.
