Infinite Warfare mp, experience

So I'm gonna try adding a poll here to collate people experience, it seems some people have a total love fest with whilst others like myself have a less than stellar experience.

Let's keep it civil and just respect this version plays so differently fir many.

I just have one thing to say. I refuse to believe this game took three years to develop.  It doesn't even feel like a next gen title.

Maybe a bit of a negative bias on the options..?

 

I'll try to put similar but opposite bias options and you'll see  

• Don't think there will ever be a better game.
• Best release in the series so far.
• Great fun, just a few things I would change that would make it my favourite CoD.
• It's good, a few WTFs but that's online gaming for you.
• Plays ok, the odd bad lobby but no worse than any other CoD.
• I hate it, you've got to be MLG to enjoy this.

Personally, I like this game but it lacks that replayability factor that older CODs have had. Treyarch has had this going for them since the beginning even with its connection issues (not talking about ASE7EN cause I've seen your hit detection videos ). IW has failed to make me a COD addict and lately has left me feeling jaded. As a die hard fan its really disappointing. To create something great it takes time and leaves you satisfied at the end and I don't think they did that with IW IMO.

Like the movement system

To me one of the better Cods, far better than Blops 3 in my opinion.

Has alot of replay ability for me, although I should of gave blops 3 more time.

But does anoy me with inconsistent odd connection lobbies, matchmaking is strange 6 against 2 or 3v3.

Not impressed with the nerfs in the recent patch, off which I don't think where necessary, we need people playing the game not needing there specialist abilities.

But overall a great game that personaly doesn't make me want to through my controller around the room like Destiny PvP did

So cut along story short...I love the game- don't like the last patch no need...And matchmaking needs looking at, and the random Spawns.

Overall love it far more than Blops3

Didn't like the game up until recently.  Most people would probably say it doesn't play well.  And it was trash at the start but i'll give em credit - It's playing tolerable now.  Enough to have fun in it.  

 

Part of my bias was that i was expecting it to feel more like an Infinity Ward game.  It doesn't.  Expectations were set way too high in my head for it.  Now that i'm over that; i can accept the game for what it is.

 

Definitely not my favorite.  Probably on par with Black Ops 2 as my least favorite CoD.  But that's just my opinion.  We all have our own favorites and least.

 

I see alot of people praise it.  But i don't buy that either.  There are really just too many variables on whether people like it or not.  What is our expectation of it?  How does it really play?  Do you lobby shop so you only play lobbies that are good for you? etc.

 

Really when it all comes down to it - Can we have fun with it or is it time to move on?  At first I was moving on.  But now tend to enjoy it.  And not even for how it plays.  Playing with some great people with good attitudes.  Met a 55 year old gentlemen last night that loves the game whether he lives or dies.  Had a great attitude.  I have been pretty negative at times this year, but told a buddy last week - Screw it.  It's just a game who cares if it's playing bad today and I've been doing challenges since.  Even little things like unlocking calling cards can take your focus off if the game is bad at that moment.

Pretty much my view on the game. I just try to do the challenges, can be a bit of a grind at times.

Took me ages to get the Diamond camo on the sniper rifles on BOps3 started now on IW and hope to be finished before BOps4 comes out!

I loved Ghosts and was expecting something similar but will say I kinda like the way it's been playing lately as IMO they have been tweaking some things but as Buck said, hard to believe it's a 3 yr dev cycle on it but I honestly feel that way about every game.

Me too but I'll still play BO3 if anyone fancies a few games.

The only one that makes me piss and moan is Advanced Warfare. HATE HATE HATE IT!
