It sounds like you're trying to load a profile that includes settings that are not able to be loaded e.g. device prioritisation. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 11, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 11, 2017 Say for example the profile you have includes settings for: Load Device Prioritisation. Load Hyper-Lane.Load Host Filtering Services. They are specific to the router that the profile that it was saved on as they have devices connected to their router that you do not. So if you are trying to load this profile with those settings ticked it won't work because you don't have those devices. So if you un tick these options and then load the profile it should work. So I have to redo them everytime I restart my router. It sounds like you're rebooting by unplugging it. Doing that may cause you to lose settings. Reboot from miscellaneous settings and this will cause everything to save. Also ensure cookies is enabled in miscellaneous settings. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
