Also, untick deep packet processing and tick strict mode,

Visit dsl reports and see what your current bufferbloat is.. SimJC has a great tutorial on youtube on how to achieve the best buffer bloat.

and also do you have any ping plotter results??

I think running ping plotter for a few hours during peak time say 6pm to 9pm would be a good place to start. Reason being if the stats are awful on pingplotter then the duma cant really do much to improve your connection atm. Let us know how you get on.

What's the average ping you're getting to a game?

Would recommend 1000km, strict on, ping assist 0. You don't need to throttle that much, 70/70 should be fine. Do you have your console in hyper traffic? Can disable deep packet processing & upnp forwarding. Do you have an open NAT with just those two ports forwarded?

Your base ping is around 18ms so you won't get a game below that. I would imagine the average ping you'll be able to obtain would be around 30-40ms give or take.

So are you saying 18-20ms is the ping you're getting to the game as shown by the duma? If so that is a fantastic ping and you shouldn't be experiencing any issues.

As Zennon has said before Bufferbloat only happens around the point of saturation and at 70% anti-flood it does not saturate.

Do you notice it occurring around any specific times? Like peak time?

I would run PingPlotter over different days/times and see if you can see anything that would be cause of concern, because especially for your game ping you're getting the best possible ping for your connection.

I test my pingplotter very often and get below 20ms on average. Some Canadian interference going on here I guess.... I love the netduma personally but seems like they should be a better way to get the correct setups for different parts of the world.

I think there should be easier ways to set up the Geofilter in DumaOS; some great features have been suggested for doing just that. All of your stats seem pretty much perfect though, so there's no reason you should be experiencing ping-based issues.

Any chance you can provide a picture of your ping plotter graph during peak times??

I take it you already have the application downloaded?

I would say your stats look good to me and if you're running PP and it's steady when you check it,then you're right that's a head scratcher.

I can't see it on your screenshots but is your gaming system in hyper traffic ?

And I'm not trying to sound like an ass but you mentioned not getting gameplay like you see on youtube, well for the majority of us we can't and won't.The guys that are beasting on YT they tend to have a higher skill set than most of us, that's why they're on YT.I am in no way saying anything negative about your skill as a COD player. There are several guys on the forum that are absolute beasts, they have a solid ISP,they have taken the time to set up their home network to achieve optimum results and have crazy skills on the sticks.

So if you're home network is set up optimally and your ISP is solid according to PP,the difference might be the skill factor.

I have 2 of the 3 things mentioned above, just lacking the skill's on the sticks... ;)

A few more test with my wifi then the LAN. More consistent gameplay with a change from 1kd to 2+kd. I move my home location to Texas server then the Seattle server.

So 60+ms lobbies play better then 20 ms lobbies? Distance is the main factor with gaming but call of duty servers it doesn't matter? I feel like the geo filter needs some adjustments with a proper IP address feed to other gamers.

the netduma cloud seems lost and doesn't know my correct current location and is confused when I came. "It's like a blind man trying drive"

The thing i will never understand with cod is that you can join a lobby, absolutely destroy the other players, have score streaks reigning havoc,  then next game versus the same players in the same lobby, you struggle to break even? you can be the only positive KD player in the lobby and get schooled by that 0.3kd beast lol.

What do you mean it doesn't know your current location?

Fraser any idea why Im getting a inconsistent experience with the netduma? Would a replacement be a option at all? Seems like the router works give but the test are far from my experience.

It sounds like the router is doing it's job i.e. getting you more local games with a good ping. I am happy to take a look in a 1 on 1 though if you would like. Just post in the 1 on 1 section with dates/times you would be available.
