I am on version 1.02.6 and I would like to update to the latest firmware

We could not access your router. Please ensure the R1 WAN IP is in the DMZ of your ISP hub. UPnP & Port forwarding is disabled on your ISP hub and that remote access is ticked on the R1 in settings > miscellaneous.

Running version 1.03.3 needing to upgrade

You're good to go. Please do not reboot before upgrading.

Bonjour,

I'm still on 1.03.4 and would like to upgrade please.

ISP hub should now be no issue (don't have it anymore).

I'd like to upgrade my firmware please. I've allowed remote access to Netduma tech support. I'm currently using  R1 debug version  1.03.3  running on rb-951g-2hnd

Thanks.

**edit:**

Last time I posted, you asked me to:

  1. Put the Netduma R1 WAN IP into the DMZ of my ISP hub
  2. Disable UPnP and port forwarding on my ISP hub.

I've managed to disable UPnP but unsure of how to do the other stuff. Can you help me?
