Can't load contents

Last 2-3 days I can't access my congestion or host filtering tabs. Every time I click on it, it just keeps loading and loading. I tried with my iPad, and on laptop with chrome internet explorer, Mozilla Firefox, but nothing works. I have another thread open in which people are trying to help me with my lag problem, but how can I adjust setting if I can't access these 2 tabs. Please someone help, at this point I just regret purchasing this router ugh...

Usually it is a lot easier than this but do not worry they can get you up an going. Theyre located in London so currently they are not in the office. But they will see this post in the am. Sorry for any inconvenience. Unplugging the router usually fixes that code. Have you tried factory resetting the router then trying to upgrade again. Just a suggestion.

There is no phone support only forum support.
