Our new website is now live:

www.netduma.com

The main changes were to:

  • Redesign the entire format / structure
  • Add an FAQ / Support page
  • Add a review page which links to all of the external reviews we're aware of
  • Embed the blog
  • Link to the forum in the header
  • Tighten the wording on the feature reveals
  • Improve the shop
  • Make future changes a lot faster so look out for more content such as new feature announcements  / improvements e.g. Ping Assist.

We would really love to know what you like and what could be improved so please post below.

A big thank you to everyone who helped achieve this - especially our artist Josh.

I like the website, and all. But I first tried looking at it via my mobile phone, using the default browser on it. I was showed the mobile version of the site, however on most sites at the bottom of the page. There is an clickable button/option to "View website in full". As of right now, that isn't an option for me, and I'm forced to view only using mobile version. This isn't a major issue by any means. But would be nice in future, if there was a option for mobile users to view website in full.

This is a strange one to explain - you were actually on the full website. We use a plugin called 'Minify' which shrinks the size of the main website so it can fit on a phone screen but all the functionality is the same. Effectively I think we would need to make a mobile specific version to then enable the ability to revert

I like the website all though need more navigating hehehe bot from the art side its very nice simple bot at this same time unike

Thanks mate - could you explain what you mean about improved navigation? Do you mean you would like more menu options at the top?

One question. Where is the Netduma Upgrade page?  I get a page not found error when I try to navigate to it.

I've added one now (we didn't have one initially as the latest version, .7, was still technically in Beta)

Website looks great guys.  It wouldn't have made a difference in my personal purchase decision, especially now that there are reviews and videos out there, I was sold at "Dominate LAG"... LOL

And let's be a little honest here:  With the power of the product itself, and the FANTASTIC staff who support it, the thing could show up at my door, late for our date, with warm, crappy lite beer and day old vegan pizza, and you wouldn't hear me complain one bit.  :D

As much as i appreciate the analogy , if my date arrived with lite beer i'd slam the door in their face.

Hmmm.  Interesting.  So Hannah happens to like Lite Beer, she's vegan, and she didn't feel like sharing you with the rest of the pub rats this evening.
