I been having extreme loss of internet using the Netduma and after 5 Comcast tech and a lot of phone support it has been found to be my Netduma. I'm hoping it isn't software or just the product in general because i was enjoying the product until this was found.
Anyway without the Netduma i get speeds 210.67 down and 12.04 up wireless on average and 230.12 down 12.12 up wired
with the Netduma i get speeds between 19 - 31.41 down and 12.09 up wireless and on average 52.04 down 12.11 up hard wired. Extremely drop in internet and i can't figure out how to fix it. I did everything from what i was told or looked at to figure this out and nothing.
Would there be anyway you could figure this out please? I think at this point maybe the best thing you could do is control my laptop to see errors or fixes.
