i connected my r3 router butr i still getting my ip to my provider 192.168.1.1 that is an EE 5g Smart Hub and not getting the 192.168.77.1 for the dumaOS, the router wifi is not giving my internet acces too, what can i do?

Hi all, yesterday I decided to bite the bullet and order myself a r3. I chose to pay using Google pay and the order was placed.. it only dawned to me today morning that it never asked for my address or details so I was assuming it will use my Google details but I haven't received an email about the order or anything though the money has been taken out of my account. If possible I'd like confirmation that the order is okay and if the details are correct

I'll be honest my gameplay is not very good on eafc its so slow and iv tried everything. Hopefully the new firmware sorts that out but I don't know man.

Im considering buyng netduma r3 but after many posts i red there are many issues with the software and many bugs ..Im playng fc 24 on ps5 and i want your opinion about the improvement ill get.My second choice is a nighhawk xr1000.

Just to update you, the Geo filter or in fact the whole enhancer doesn't work for me, even it said I've added the device to geo filter in wouldn't show any servers I was connecting to on warzone, the ping optimizer won't do anything just keeps spinning the wheel forever, and the game boost as well I'm turning it on then back out of enhancer go and nothing happens if I go back in to game boost the slider would be off again, not sure what the next steps would be ? As frustrating as it it I'll give ee a call today see if I can manage to speak to someone with bit of knowledge about it and don't get fobbed off, any assistance from your side would be appreciated Thanks !

issues are definitely not fixed with no eta- same story with the older routers

id avoid the r3 right now- unless you want to be an alpha tester cuz nothing works as advertised

another question i have all the ethernet ports used can i use a one of ethernet cables to plug to the other router that being used as a wifi router ?

i was mainly thinking the same thing so if i use two different routers, one for wifi the other for gaming will it put less stress on the main router im using ?

Sorry for the late answer fraser. It is getting really frustrating for me with this game. I only connect to the mainz server in germany which is very close. 1 game my ping is 19 the next game i get 180ms with packet loss also while my friend who also lives in vienna has always perfect ping. But i had those problems before too so i guess its an isp problem and dont want to to blame netduma for it. Even though my speeds on my speedtests are always at max.

Hello fam. I sent DM to some of you 2 days ago with no reply so I made this topic. I'm a U.S. Army Veteran and I was wondering if you guys offer Military/Veteran discount for the R3 and if the answer is yes. How can I provide proof. Is it through ID.me or something?? Thanks in advance.

I agree, the WiFi range was a little short for us in our house too. I got an ASUS router, and put the R3 in its DMZ for our gaming devices with its WiFi disabled. It's working well for us with the ASUS handling WiFi and TV's etc. and the R3 can focus solely on gaming. Another idea is maybe disable WiFi on the R3 and set the XR1000 up as an access point for WiFi? Two routers might not be the ideal setup, just throwing out a couple of ideas.
