  1. Past hour
  2. @Netduma Fraser Can you give me the early firmware?
  3. Deleted the old wireless one completely from the router, deleted wired DMZ, could add the ports, done so: NAT Type Unavailable, can't find Teredo IP. Readded to DMZ, still the same issue with NAT Type Unavailable on my Xbox. All IP details etc match, all port forwarding options showing as inactive despite Xbox port showing as automatically using 3074.
  4. Thanks for your help with this Fraser! Much appreciated I redid the test as instructed. Here's the results in screenshot.
  5. Thanks for confirming! I have passed it onto the team to do as soon as they can
  6. Let me know if you somehow manage to connect to the Austria server. I have been chasing that server for months. There is information on the site that there is a server in Austria, but for some unknown reason we cannot connect there with R3.
  7. I don't understand why you don't make the FW freely accessible to those who want to install it and vice versa. always ridiculous decisions. We have been waiting for 4 months for disconnection problems there may be a solution but you still have to wait for someone to give you access to the solution
  8. It has been requested so it's on the list to potentially be added!
  9. Is this in the Setup Wizard you're referring to or in WAN Settings? Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please?
  10. I have recently changed my Xbox Series X from wireless to wired. I had an assigned IP for the wireless connection, this has been deleted and now have an assigned IP for the wired connection. Have removed old one from DMZ, added new connection. When I try to add any of the ports, I now just get "unknown error". UPNP disabled on both R3 and my Hyperoptic Nokia router, have reset both fully, tried power cycling Xbox, still getting the same issue. Hve tried with Xbox on and off.
  11. I'm not sure off the top of my head but if you see it there and the ping is what you'd expect then yes there would be. Exclude the other server you seem to get and you may be able to force it more consistently.
  12. I connected the r3 wan Port to my Smart hub de Port AND no internet, what can i do? Is not even detecting the r3
  13. Try the Early Access firmware and see if that resolves it for you https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  14. Are these servers inside your radius or outside?
  15. Redo the test but leave the interval at the default (2.5 seconds I think it is) and don't click on individual hops, then provide a screenshot of the results please
  16. I mean how have you added the PC to the Geo-Filter exactly?
  17. It's here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/148-netduma-r3-support/
  18. Unplug the router from power for 24 hours, plug in, then wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if you can get internet. It may seem excessive but we have seen routers come back to life doing this.
  19. I need help, same problem have EE smart hub that they told me is a modem/router no internet
  20. @Netduma FraserCan you pls give me access for early firmware THX ^^
  21. Hi, I connect to a XR500 with my PS5 in order to use functions like geofilter or hybridvpn on cod. When I do, im always in a moderate nat type on the game. I know that most of the time people want to get an open nat type but I want to try it the other way around and force a strict nat type only on the game (the strict mode is always activated on the geofence page but it doesnt seem to make a difference). Do you think it would be possible using DumaOS by any chance ? Thank you in advance
  22. Today
  23. My servers disappeared again.. dont see any pings on the world map.
  24. Ye its a CoD problem atm
  25. It is working as intended there is no need for something to be added or not. Change your device type to PlayStation first of all to begin with (yes I know u are on a PC) Can you show full screens of all your Geo-filter settings
  26. Non so dovremmo ridere? Questo è un forum per confrontarsi sul router , non per fare cabaret.
